What are essential oils and how are they used?
Script Wellness’s menstruation oil is formulated by Bernd Griasch, a highly experienced aromatherapist. Bernd has formulated hundreds of products, from widely selling topical oils to bespoke recipes for individual clients. Bernd employs the well-established principles of aromatherapy and of traditional Chinese medicine with the introduction of very small amounts of cannabidiol (CBD) to accelerate and amplify the beneficial effects of essential oils.
Essential oils are well known to have many benefits for the body, mind, and spirit, such as relaxation, focus, or energy. Practitioners typically recommend a combination of oils for a particular purpose, with oils being applied topically or ingested. Equally, many health benefits are associated with the use of CBD. The cannabis plant contains many components which work together with the human body to create the “entourage effect” to produce a stronger effect than any one component used on its own.
There are many brands of CBD oils, capsules, and edibles on the market today, but many are similar and, erroneously, associate the amount of CBD in the product with their efficacy. Script Wellness dismisses this association and uses minimal amounts of CBD (<0.2%) in its topical oils.
Our key ingredients in Script Menstruation Oil
Essential oils are absorbed through the skin, given their molecular structure and size, they penetrate the cell membrane of the skin easily. Therefore, they can be used well in massages to massage them into the skin, especially for muscles, joints and pain relief.

These vitamins, along with the anti-inflammatory effects, make them useful for wound healing, which is why Native Americans originally started using jojoba oil centuries ago. Prized for its uses in the beauty industry, jojoba oil is extracted from the nut of the jojoba plant, which thrives in harsh, desert climates in the USA. Jojoba oil is a humectant, meaning it works to seal your skin with a protective barrier to keep it from losing moisture.
